For 15 months, MyVox AB will develop tools for creating smart acoustic tweezers adapted for the future smart Pick and Place assembly machines and robots.
The project is co-financed by MyVox and VINNOVA within the framework of Innovation projects in Companies (Innovationsprojekt i företag programmet) by 2,8 MSEK. Each party contributes SEK 1,4 million of own resources. The project runs until June 2020 and goes under the name “TITP” to develop intelligent tweezer solution together with advisor board with Myvox industrial partners.
The MyVox TITP project proposal was among the 43 small and medium-sized enterprises winning support from VINNOVA sharing SEK 60 million for innovation projects with great commercial potential, which can also contribute to the UN’s sustainability goals in Agenda 2030 (pressrelease: https://www.vinnova.se/en/news/2019/03/90-miljoner-till-innovation-i-sma-och-medelstora-foretag/ ). Vinnova is Sweden’s government agency for innovation.
